Refund policy
Momo Tots – Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
At Momo Tots, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Products must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Baby feeding products that have been opened or used (e.g., plates, cups, utensils, teething items)
- Nappy organisers or bags that have been used or show signs of wear
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
- Photos of the defect/damage may be required for assessment.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- For courier returns, we recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
6. How to Initiate a Return
Email bluecrocprojects@gmail.com or WhatsApp 063 045 4360 with:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product name(s)
- Reason for return
- Photos (if defective/damaged)
7. Legal Compliance
This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) and related South African consumer laws.
