Momo Tots – Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 1 July 2025

At Momo Tots, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and in their original packaging
    • In the same condition as received
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Baby feeding products that have been opened or used (e.g., plates, cups, utensils, teething items)
  • Nappy organisers or bags that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Photos of the defect/damage may be required for assessment.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • For courier returns, we recommend using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Email bluecrocprojects@gmail.com or WhatsApp 063 045 4360 with:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if defective/damaged)

7. Legal Compliance

This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) and related South African consumer laws.
